Lifestyles by Noor is a boutique data-driven midlife care service dedicated to help women master midlife from the inside out.

Lifestyles offers menopause treatment and wellness services tailored to women. Driven by her own experience, Dr. Noor Al-Humaidhi founded Lifestyles to empower and help women through their perimenopause and menopause journey. Noor is breaking barriers and speaking loudly about a topic that has been misleading and misdiagnosed for far too long.
